USA Jump Rope Regions

USA Jump Rope is divided into 13 regions from east to west, as illustrated below.  Every two years the regional boundaries are considered for adjustment by the USA Jump Rope board of directors.  The board considers regional population, growth trends, and overall strength when considering regional boundaries.

Region 3 – IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, WI

Region 4 – AR, KS, LA, MO, OK, East Texas

Region 5 – Texas

Region 6 – AZ, CO, ND, NE, NM, SD, WY

Region 7 – Washington (WA)

Region 8 – CA, HI, NV, OR, Guam

Region 9 – Alaska

Region 10 – CT, MA, ME, NH, NY, RI, VT

Region 11 - KY, OH

Region 12 - ID, MI, UT

Region 13 - AL, FL, GA, MS, TN, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands
