You may compete in any number of tournaments with the Tournament Director’s permission.

Qualification is required for both East Coast and West Coast J.O. Games

You may qualify for the 2007 AAU Junior Olympic Games in Knoxville, TN, or the AAU Junior Olympic Games West Coast, in one of the following ways:

  1. US: Through any of the Open Tournaments (see details above)

  2. NON-US (Knoxville only): Through a US Open (see above) or your National Governing Body for Jump Rope may nominate up to 10 individual athletes, Pairs or Double Dutch Teams in each age-group in each event. See forms at www.aausports.org. Go to Jump Rope

You may submit a late bid for hosting a US qualifying tournament to the AAU Jump Rope Committee. The minimum requirement for a tournament is the participation of 3 teams and 60 athletes. 2007 Bid-forms are available on the AAU web-site under Jump Rope at www.aausports.org.
