Rock Your Rope Competition

 

USA Jump Rope is partnering with USA Weightlifting for the American Open, December 3-6, 2015 at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada.

USA Jump Rope will host a two day competition Saturday and Sunday with individual and team events that include single rope skills and WODs. We will host a jump rope clinic, Friday, December 4th for anyone registered to compete.

 

If you can do a double under, you can compete in these events! 

 

We will post "how to" videos here and on our Facebook page for your training needs and we also have USA Jump Rope national and world champions willing to come to your box or gym to train you for this competition!
