The USA Jump Rope All-Star Team is comprised of 18 elite jumpers that tryout every year for a position on this team. The tryout process is very difficult and the team is judged on very complex criteria. The team has three volunteer coaches and a team manager. All of the coaches are former jumpers and they and the jumpers on the team hold National and World championships. The team has appeared on television shows such as America's Best Dance Crew, Ellen DeGeneres, Martha Stewart, and Good Morning America to name a few. They have traveled all over the USA and abroad including: British Virgin Islands, Brazil, Spain, Canada, and Germany. The team is available for performances of all kinds, to include corporate events, trade shows, and half-time shows and they can also put on workshops and trainings for existing teams or teams that want to get started in jump rope. Tennessee All-Star Workshop
The 2nd Annual Tennessee All-Star Workshop was held in February, 2012 in Franklin, TN hosted by Lisa Arnold and the Franklin Hotshots. All-Star members were brought in from all over the United States to participate in the workshop and perform at local area schools and even jump at a halftime performance at a University of Kentucky basketball game!
North Carolina All-Star Workshop
The North Carolina All-Star Workshop was held in May, 2012 in Cary, North Carolina and was hosted by the Tri-Force Jump Rope Team. All-Star Team members performed at several local area schools to get everyone excited about the workshop. They also had a very successful Trainers Training the Trainers (TTT) class hosted by Eric Cornell, one of the All-Star Team Coaches. Jumpers also had the opportunity to receive one on one instruction from an All-Star Team member during the private lessons provided at the Tri-Force Jump Rope Team's gym the day after the workshop!
